Is stem cell therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy worth it?
Outside authorised, cause-specific research, current evidence does not support paying for a generic regenerative product for neuropathy. An independent neurologist should identify treatable causes and compare established symptom, disease and rehabilitation options.
How stem cells are studied for Peripheral Neuropathy
Peripheral neuropathy is a broad category of nerve disorders caused by diabetes, immune disease, toxins, medicines, vitamin deficiency, infection, inherited conditions, compression and other processes. MSC, neural-cell and exosome proposals invoke neuroprotection or repair, but one mechanism cannot address every cause and laboratory neurite growth does not establish restored sensation or function.
