Is stem cell therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy FDA-approved?
No generic stem-cell or exosome product is FDA-approved to treat peripheral neuropathy. Verify any exact product and indication; trial registration, autologous origin or a neurological clinic credential is not approval.
How stem cells are studied for Peripheral Neuropathy
Peripheral neuropathy is a broad category of nerve disorders caused by diabetes, immune disease, toxins, medicines, vitamin deficiency, infection, inherited conditions, compression and other processes. MSC, neural-cell and exosome proposals invoke neuroprotection or repair, but one mechanism cannot address every cause and laboratory neurite growth does not establish restored sensation or function.
