Question

How long does stem cell therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy last?

Durable nerve repair has not been established for a generic cell or exosome product. Pain fluctuation or a short sensory change does not prove axonal regeneration, and results from one cause cannot be applied to another.

How stem cells are studied for Peripheral Neuropathy

Peripheral neuropathy is a broad category of nerve disorders caused by diabetes, immune disease, toxins, medicines, vitamin deficiency, infection, inherited conditions, compression and other processes. MSC, neural-cell and exosome proposals invoke neuroprotection or repair, but one mechanism cannot address every cause and laboratory neurite growth does not establish restored sensation or function.
