Question

How long does stem cell therapy for Menopause & Hormonal Health last?

There is insufficient controlled evidence to establish whether benefit occurs or how long it lasts, and repeat dosing is not a standard. Menopause symptoms naturally change over time and may respond to concurrent care. Providers should not promise a response window, duration or maintenance schedule for an unapproved product.

How stem cells are studied for Menopause & Hormonal Health

Menopause is a life transition associated with changing ovarian hormone levels and symptoms that may include hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disturbance, mood symptoms and genitourinary symptoms. Evidence-based management is individualised and may include hormone therapy, non-hormonal medicines, menopause-specific cognitive behavioural therapy and local treatments depending on symptoms and risk factors. Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) and extracellular vesicles are experimental and have not established hormonal restoration, tissue rejuvenation or clinical equivalence to recommended treatment. The registry table on this page lists relevant studies and their current recruitment status.
