Question

How long does stem cell therapy for Cerebral Palsy last?

Durability is uncertain and depends on the exact product and outcome. Development and concurrent rehabilitation can change function over time; repeated administration does not itself demonstrate sustained or cumulative benefit.

How stem cells are studied for Cerebral Palsy

Cerebral palsy describes permanent disorders of movement and posture caused by disturbance in the developing brain; needs and associated conditions vary widely. Cell research has explored cord-blood and other products as possible modulators of inflammation or plasticity, usually alongside rehabilitation. These hypotheses do not mean that established brain injury is reversed or that different cell sources are equivalent.
